How do I know when a product is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, there will be a warning message next to the item name. Otherwise, the product is generally in stock. However, it is still subject to the inevitable discrepancy between the physical stock and our electronic record.
I want to place an order. What do I do?
Please add all our your required products to cart and check out normally as you would in any online shopping
Can I get a price list?
You can get a price list from your customer centre. Under the 'Billing' section, click on 'Print a Price List' and our system will produce a price list in PDF format
I'd like to see a statement of past invoices owing. How should I contact you?
Both statements and invoices can be retrieved from your customer centre. You can either click on 'Print a Statement' to generate a PDF document of your balances owing, or click on 'See All Transactions' to track all invoices, payments, credit notes and more.
